Food intake is one of the most important determinants for health and can be a big challenge for people of different ages and for different reasons, including sensory and motor dysfunctions that influence the normal eating process, resulting in altered eating. Food intake recognizes behavioral, cultural, social and economic determinants that have physical, emotional and social consequences on overall individual and collective health and well-being. The dynamic relationship of previous exposures to food throughout life plays a key role in successful ageing trajectories and social development through several mechanisms that downstream positive or negative influences.
The aim of this webinar is to stimulate the conversation to bring together the stakeholders willing to share knowledge and good practices to implement them through adaptations and scale-up.
